We stand behind every piece we send. Our Promise Every EREL piece is handcrafted with care and inspected before it leaves our workshop. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged in Transit Despite careful packaging, transit damage can occasionally occur.

If your piece arrives damaged:

Document the damage — Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging Contact us within 48 hours — Email [email] with your order number and photos We'll resolve it — Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Your choice. We cover all costs for damaged item claims. You won't pay for return shipping.

Wrong Item Received If you receive a different piece than what you ordered:

Contact us immediately — Email [email] with your order number and a photo of what you received We'll arrange a replacement — The correct piece will be sent to you promptly We'll collect the wrong item — At no cost to you Not What You Expected? We understand that sometimes a piece doesn't feel right in your space, even when it matches the description.

Cancellations Before dispatch: If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund.

After dispatch: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. But if there's an issue upon delivery, we'll work with you to resolve it.
